By purchasing or subscribing to our Monthly Sample Package (“Service”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of our Monthly Sample Package (“Service”) offered by ikPARFUMS.

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to these Terms in full.

Nature of the Products

All samples provided are independently decanted from original perfume bottles purchased from verified retailers or perfume houses.

We are not affiliated, endorsed, or sponsored by any fragrance brands or their trademark owners.

Each sample is a decant, meaning it is not a manufacturer’s original sample vial but a re-bottled portion of the genuine fragrance.

If there are any affiliations, endorsements, or sponsorships, they will be clearly displayed on our official website or Instagram page. However, such arrangements are rare and unlikely.

Package Options

For Him Package: May include men’s or unisex fragrances. You will never receive a fragrance marketed exclusively for women.

For Her Package: May include women’s or unisex fragrances. You will never receive a fragrance marketed exclusively for men.

Unisex Package: May include any fragrance type, regardless of gender categorization.

All 3 packages will receive 3 samples/decants of perfume

One will be a 2ml of a perfume which has a value of £160+, this value is based off the retail price of 100ml of that specific perfume

One will be a 3ml of a perfume which has a value between £60 to £160 , this value is based off the retail price of 100ml of that specific perfume

One will be a 5ml of a perfume which has a value of up to £60, this value is based off the retail price of 100ml of that specific perfume

On some occasions you may find that the value of the perfume is higher than that specific range (ie. you get a 5ml decant of a £80 perfume), this can happen but you will never receive a decant that is lower than the price ranges given.

All the values of the perfumes are based of the retail price of 100ml of that perfume at that specific time of purchase, prices may decrease or increase depending on the company or perfume house, this we cannot control.

Subscription and Payment

Payment for the Monthly Package is taken in advance each month via a secure payment method.

Once payment is processed, your order is confirmed for that month’s shipment.

Payments are handled through secure systems, and we do not have access to your full cardholder or financial information.

Delivery

Packages are shipped and delivered between the 1st and 20th of each month.

Delivery times may vary based on postal or courier delays beyond our control.

Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If you cancel your subscription, it will take effect from the following month.

You will not receive a refund for the current month’s package once payment has been made.

Product Information and Safety

All decants contain alcohol-based, flammable substances and must be handled with care.

Decants are currently housed in plastic spray bottles, chosen for durability and portability.

Do not expose bottles to open flames, sparks, heat sources, or direct sunlight.

Keep all decants away from children and pets.

Do not spray near eyes, mouth, or broken skin. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical advice if irritation persists.

Store fragrances in a cool, dry place

All spray counts listed are estimated values and may vary slightly, though we aim for accuracy in every decant.

Each decant bottle should be used responsibly and not refilled or reused once empty to prevent contamination.

The contents are classified as flammable liquids (containing ethyl alcohol) under general shipping and safety regulations. Always comply with local regulations regarding the storage and disposal of such materials.

Disclaimer

We make every effort to ensure all descriptions and product representations are accurate. However, minor variations in scent strength or longevity may occur due to the decanting process.

ikPARFUMS is not liable for allergic reactions or sensitivities caused by product use. Test fragrances cautiously and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Limitation of Liability

ikPARFUMS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the month in which the issue occurred.

Agreement to Terms

By purchasing or subscribing to our Monthly Package, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms and Conditions and the accompanying Privacy Policy.
